The present disclosure is related to an automatic stimulation mechatronic system for death prevention by apnea in neonates, detecting the oxygen and respiratory frequency decrease of the baby, in order to generate a mechanical stimulus to wake him up. By means of a crib with an unbalanced vibration system, thus providing automatic stimulation to the baby. The system was tested with 10 normal delivery infants with less than 2 months of age, and low levels of oxygenation were simulated. The system is capable of waking them up. The first automatic monitoring and stimulation system was obtained by means of an unbalanced vibration system for preventing death by apnea. It was found that the system is capable of waking up and resuscitating the infant after an hour of natural sleep.
