The invention relates to a process for preparing biological products which are used in the treatment of epidermolysis bullosa, with lesions infected with pathogenic agents. According to the invention, the process consists in preparing a mixture of inactivated bacterial and fungal antigens pathogenic for humans, for general treatment, and of bacterial strains sampled from bullous lesions of patients suffering from epidermolysis bullosa, for personalized treatment, the antigens being inoculated to chickens, conventional or specific-pathogen free ones (SPF), and after the immunization period, eggs are collected with a view to evaluating the immune response, to be processed by extraction technics for preparing immunoglobulins Y (IgY), as antibodies specific to the inoculated antigens, the immunologically-active fractions with anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects are isolated from the egg white, the resulting proteins are conditioned as whole-egg lyophilized powder, sterile drinkable solution, sprayable solution or solution for aerosols, for a topical administration and as IgY-containing ointment/cream for cutaneous administration.
