The present Invention relates to the detection of respiratory diseases by the use of molecular markers as a tool for Forecasting the evolution of tables of respiratory infection.Specifically for the differential diagnosis of respiratory infections caused by Respiratory syncytial virus and Human metapneumovirus, determine the pattern of expression of markers of severity of IL 3, IL - 33 and il12p40.The patterns of expression of molecular markers can be determined in biological samples by Elisa Assays, Flow Cytometry and Real Time PCR.
