The present invention provides an anastomat for circumcision comprising an inner cutting ring (I), an elevating tubular cutting knife (II), an outer cutting ring (III), a connecting ring (IV), a detachable anti-erection plate (V) arranged at the inner side of the connecting plate (3) of the inner cutting ring (I). The inner cutting ring (I) is sleeved into the outer cutting ring (III), and the elevating tubular cutting knife (II) is sleeved between the inner cutting ring (I) and the outer cutting ring (III); the pipe foot (25) on the tubular cutting knife (II) is inserted through an arc groove on the lower annular blocking piece (10) of the connecting ring (IV) and then connected to the rotary buckle (26) on the tubular cutting knife (II); the outer cutting ring (III) is detachably connected with the connecting ring (IV) ( figure 1 ).
