This device is a biological, building-integrated greywater and industrial wastewater treatment treatment plant in the interior, based on a combination of higher plants and microorganisms in the root zone. It consists of several elongated plant containers which are attached to each other at different heights on a scaffold. The planters are filled with an inorganic substrate, which may be partially mixed with activated carbon or biochar, and planted with water-resistant plants. The gray or industrial wastewater is introduced from an upstream storage tank in the top plant floor. The water flows meandering at a slight slope and controlled by special overflow devices controlled by a plant floor in the underlying. The water in the reservoir and in the plant containers is aerated by trachea attached to the ground.
