The present invention provides a storage-battery control device 1 capable of enhancing economical efficiency by controlling the charge state of a storage battery 12 so that all surplus power generated by photovoltaic generation can be charged in the storage battery 12 even in a case where power cannot be sold to a grid power supply 50. The storage-battery control device 1 according to the present invention is provided with: a load-power prediction device 4 for predicting load power; a PV-power prediction device 3 for predicting power generated by photovoltaic generation; and a system controller 2 that obtains a predicted amount of power charge by excluding the amount of load power, which is the sum of load powers in a prediction segment 60, from the amount of power generation, which is the sum of powers generated in the prediction segment 60 having a prescribed clock time serving as a start point, and that, if the predicted amount of power charge is positive, controls the charge state of a storage battery 12 at the start point so that the predicted amount of power charge can be charged in the prediction segment 60, wherein the prediction segment 60 is a segment having a clock time serving as an end point at which the generated power of photovoltaic generation, after having reached a maximum value, is predicted to be the same power as the load power.
