The purpose of the present invention is to effectively utilize caregiving information about a person receiving care, while protecting personal information of the person receiving care. Provided is a caregiving information sharing system comprising: a first information terminal possessed by a person receiving care; a second information terminal operated by a first interviewer who interviews the person receiving care; and an output device. The first information terminal has: a first input unit for the person receiving care to input information; and a first information storage unit for storing information input using the first input unit. The second information terminal has: an information readout unit for reading out information that is stored in the first information storage unit; a second information storage unit for storing information that has been read out by the information readout unit; a first encoding unit for generating first encoded information by encoding the information read out by the information readout unit; and a first output control unit for causing the output device to output the first encoded information.
