COMBINED-TYPE INTEGRAL TENSIONER FOR MAIN BOLT OF REACTOR PRESSURE VESSEL AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF

Disclosed are a combined-type integral tensioner for a main bolt of a reactor pressure vessel and a method of use thereof. The tensioner comprises a measurement control cabinet and a hydraulic pressure station, and further comprises more than one tensioning unit. Each tensioning unit comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a main nut rotating mechanism, a tensioning nut rotating mechanism and a tension amount measuring device, the main nut rotating mechanism, the tensioning nut rotating mechanism and the tension amount measuring device being connected to the measurement control cabinet via cables, and the hydraulic pressure station being connected to the hydraulic cylinder through a flexible pipe. In the method of use of the tensioner, multi-stage pressure boost is performed for the hydraulic cylinder. The tensioner of the above-mentioned structure can be conveniently lifted according to specific occasions, is convenient for maintenance, and has a wide range of application, and with this method of use, the tension amount of multiple tensioned main bolts can meet the requirements for consistency and uniformity.
