A networked smart management system and management method for a hotel apartment, which relate to the field of hotel network information management. Provided is a self-service hotel operation management system. By means of the system in the foregoing technical solution, the sale status of a house of an owner, serving as a hotel room, can be pushed to the owner, such that the owner clearly knows an own house occupancy rate and income, two in-out modes namely customer check-in and room clean-up are clearly distinguished by means of password authentication and a cleaner door card, cheating behaviors of a hotel manager are prevented, and a fairer transaction is promoted.
