Provided are an anticorrosive pipeline having an inner epoxy and an outer 3PE without inner anticorrosive layer repairing after welding and a preparation process therefor. A dual metal structure is compounded in advance at the inner wall of an end of a pipeline body (2), then an anticorrosive treatment is carried out, and an anticorrosive layer, the metal structure and the wall of the pipeline are closely combined to form a complete, continuous and property-consistent inner anticorrosive layer. After the completion of a welding procedure on the anticorrosive pipeline having an inner epoxy and an outer 3PE, the inner anticorrosive layer will not be affected, and no inner anticorrosive layer repairing operation is needed.
