Disclosed is an electronic prescription-based medicament automatic delivery method in an O2O model. In the present invention, an electronic prescription transmitted by a physician terminal is received via a network hospital platform, then, corresponding pharmacy information is determined on the basis of patient basic information and prescription information in the electronic prescription, when pharmacy information is matched, cost information is generated on the basis of the prescription information and medicament costs corresponding to the pharmacy information, when payment completed information transmitted by a patient terminal is received by the network hospital platform, the electronic prescription is transmitted to a pharmacy terminal corresponding to the pharmacy information, thus allowing the pharmacy terminal to generate delivery information. Also disclosed is the network hospital platform. Based on the electronic prescription and the network hospital platform, the present invention is capable of identifying and matching the pharmacy information on the basis of the electronic prescription and acquires the beneficial effect of accurate delivery of prescribed medicaments to a patient.
