Disclosed are a method for enhancing a noise-cancelling amount of feedback active noise-cancelling headphones, and active noise-cancelling headphones, the method comprising: arranging a noise-canceling microphone of feedback active noise-cancelling headphones at a position away from directly in front of a speaker; and adjusting a relative position between the noise-canceling microphone and an ear canal opening of a wearer, enabling an open-loop transfer function L2(s0) at the ear canal opening and an open-loop transfer function L1(s0) at the noise-canceling microphone to satisfy a relation of |L2(s0)| |L1(s0)|, so as to enhance an actual noise-cancelling amount at the ear canal opening. The method applied to supra-aural feedback active noise-cancelling headphones can address a problem of a thickness increase in the supra-aural headphones or wearing discomfort resulted from installation of a noise-canceling microphone directly in front of a speaker. The method applied to circumaural feedback active noise-cancelling headphones can address a problem in the existing art in which a noise-cancelling amount is considerably reduced at an ear canal opening of a wearer since a thicker padding is used, or a circuit gain is attenuated between a speaker and the ear canal opening of the wearer to avoid whistling.
