This low-frequency therapy device is provided with a guiding engagement unit which is configured such that a holder and a main body unit, which supplies a low-frequency pulse current to a pad, engage in an attached state in which the main body unit is attached to the holder, and such that engagement of the holder and the main body unit is released in the detached state. The guiding engagement unit is formed such that, during attachment, the holder and the main body unit can move in the direction towards each other until engaged, and such that, during detachment, engagement of the holder and the main body unit is released by suppressing movement in the direction opposite of the direction of movement when attached and by allowing the main body unit to move with respect to the holder in a direction that crosses the aforementioned direction towards each other.
