A guide pillar-guide bushing mechanism for a pendulum shear die comprises a guide base (2) arranged at the two ends of a lower die shoe (1), wherein a stepped hole is formed at the upper end inside the guide seat, a wedge type upper guide sleeve mechanism (4) is arranged in the stepped hole, a lower guide sleeve (5) is arranged at the lower end of the guide seat, an upper counterbored hole and a lower counterbored hole which extend along the axial direction are formed at the upper end and the lower end of a guide pillar (3), the upper counterbored hole and the lower counterbored hole are connected by virtue of a double-thread screw (8), a disc spring (9) sheathing the double-thread screw is arranged in the upper counterbored hole, a spring (10) sheathing the double-thread screw is arranged in the lower counterbored hole, an end shield (6) is arranged at the lower end of the guide seat, an oil drain channel (16) is formed in the side wall of the end shield and is connected with the lower counterbored hole, an oil back-leakage channel (17) is axially formed in the side wall at the lower end of the guide seat, an annular space is defined by the inner wall of the guide seat and the outer wall of the guide pillar, and the upper end of the oil return channel is communicated with the annular space through a spill port (18). The guide pillar-guide bushing mechanism is simple in structure, good in wear resistance, good in lubricity and low in friction coefficient; and by eliminating the clearance between the guide pillar and the guide bushing, guide accuracy is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
