A non-facing financial service system using a user confirmation apparatus using parallel signature processing, and a handwriting signature authentication technique is disclosed. The non-facing financial service system according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: an applicant's terminal for receiving an application to open an account, for obtaining a real-name evidence image, for registering an electronic signature that is to be used for a non-facing financial transaction as an electronic signature for financial transactions, and for registering an electronic signature that is to be used for receiving an access medium as an electronic signature for reception; a deliverer's terminal for outputting the real-name evidence image, and for receiving a reception confirmation signature depending on the delivery of the access medium; and a financial service server for approving issue of the account when receiving the application for opening an account from the applicant's terminal, the real-name evidence image, the electronic signature for financial transactions and the electronic signature for reception, for transmitting to the deliverer's terminal the real-name evidence image, and for taking predetermined steps depending on the type of reception confirmation signature that is input to the deliverer's terminal.
