The present invention objectively determines the capability of responding to a change in voice when language is spoken and exercises training. The present invention includes: storing a plurality of indexes that serve as factors when evaluating the capability of responding to a change in voice when language is spoken in correlation to a portion out of a character string of language used for evaluation in which portion a sound corresponding to an index appears; vocally outputting a character string of language used for evaluation in accordance with the operation indication of a user; accepting input of an answer content by which the user attempted to reproduce a character string on the basis of a vocally outputted character string; comparing the accepted answer content and the character string of language used for evaluation; determining whether a portion out of the vocally outputted character string in correction with which an index is stored is a right answer or not; and calculating an accuracy rate for each index; whereby a content for training constituted from characters that correspond to indexes of a lowest accuracy rate among the calculated accuracy rates is provided.
