The present invention relates to an inverted Y-shaped diagnostic strip, a kit for detecting residual pesticide comprising the inverted Y-shaped diagnostic strip, and a method for detecting residual pesticide using the kit, the inverted Y-shaped diagnostic strip having a structure of connecting to each other: a plurality of separated sample processing parts (1) into which different samples are introduced; a plurality of separated moving parts (2) which are connected to one side of each of the sample processing parts, and through which a sample flowing through the sample processing part moves; a connection part (3) in which one sides of the plurality of moving parts are connected to each other; and a reaction part (4) which is connected to the connection part, and in which the result of a sample reaction is shown. The use of the kit for detecting residual pesticide of the present invention can rapidly and simply diagnose whether or not there is residual pesticide and simply quantify the residual pesticide. Therefore, it is considered that the kit for detecting residual pesticide may be effectively used as a biosensor in food and environmental monitoring fields in the future.
