TECHNOLOGY USAGE DATA SENDING METHOD WHEN NEWS IS UPDATED AND NEWS SYSTEM

Provided are a technology usage data sending method when news is updated and a news system, falling within the field of the Internet. The method comprises: recording a label matched with news, a downloading time of the news, and an upper limit, set by a user, of a space capacity for storing news (S101); when the number of times that the user views news with a specific label exceeds a certain threshold value of the number of times, configuring news corresponding to the label as an interest of the user (S102); detecting a current time (S103); determining whether the current time is the downloading time of news and whether a mobile phone of the user is connected to WiFi (S104); if not, maintaining the same (S105); and if so, deleting historical news, downloading news with a label corresponding to the interest of the user, the size of a downloaded news file not exceeding the upper limit, set by the user, of a space capacity for storing news, and sending technology usage data to a data collection end pre-set by a manufacturer (S106). By means of the method, a user is enabled to watch news off-line; in addition, by means of timely feedback after the technology is used, it is also convenient for a manufacturer to effectively collect a usage situation of the relevant art in time.
