Provided are an associating device, associating system, associating method, and associating program with which an operation of a human subject and a biosignal that accompanies said operation can easily be associated. As one process within parallel processing, this associating device 1 acquires state information which is represented as position information and posture information based on a result obtained by measuring a part to be measured in the human subject (S101-S103), and performs calculation to determine an operation of the human subject on the basis of the acquired position information and posture information (S104-S105). The associating device 1 acquires a biosignal of the human subject as another process within the parallel processing (S106-S107). After the parallel processing, the associating device 1 associates the operation that is the calculation result with the acquired biosignal (S108) and records the associated operation and biosignal (S109).
