An interactive learning robot (100), comprising a storage device (110), a visible light communication transceiver (120), a codec (130), and a cognition generation device (140). The storage device (110) stores a cognitive model (111) of the robot (100); the visible light communication transceiver (120) receives visible light signals coded and sent by another robot; the codec (130) is connected to the visible light communication transceiver (120) and decodes the signals from the visible light communication transceiver (120); the cognition generation device (140) is connected to the codec (130), classifies the decoded signals, and learns the classified signals according to the cognitive model (111) of the robot (100), so as to form new cognitive outcomes of the robot (100) for the visible light signals, wherein the visible light communication transceiver (120) also sends the new cognitive outcomes. Also provided are an interactive learning robot cluster (200) and a method (300) for interactive learning of robots.
