The present invention relates to a low-frequency conductivity image reconstruction device using MRI, and a method therefor, the device: deriving low-frequency conductivity by using high-frequency conductivity acquired using MR-EPT, an orientation tensor, of ions, calculated from a water diffusion tensor in a subject, and a volume fraction and a diffusion coefficient of intracellular/extracellular regions; and reconstructing a low-frequency conductivity image on the basis of the derived low-frequency conductivity, thereby reconstructing, without injecting a current into a subject to be measured, an internal low-frequency conductivity image by using MRI equipment on the subject including the human body and an object.
