Disclosed are a palette mascara wiper and a palette mascara container having the same. The mascara container of the present invention comprises: a container body in which cosmetic contents are stored; a brush cap detachably coupled to the container body; a brush support coupled to the brush cap; a brush coupled to the brush support; and a wiper coupled to the container body, wherein the wiper comprises a palette portion on which cosmetic contents adhered to the brush can be put during use and which can scrape the cosmetic contents.
