The present invention discloses a system and method for controlling access to a stockbreeding farm. The system for controlling access to a stockbreeding farm comprises: a first RFID reader which receives information of a vehicle approaching a gate barrier by using an RFID method; a visit record terminal device which is included in a personal disinfection device installed adjacent to the gate barrier, and on which a second RFID reader adapted to receive information of a visitor is mounted; a web server which stores the information of the vehicle transmitted by the first RFID reader, the information of the visitor transmitted by the visit record terminal device, and information of personal disinfection transmitted by the personal disinfection device; and a control device which controls opening and closing of the gate barrier based on whether the information of the visitor has been received and whether the visitor has been disinfected. Accordingly, disinfection and access records of a visitor and a vehicle accessing a stockbreeding farm are stored in the web server, and thus a visitor or a vehicle having a possibility of carrying disease is prevented from accessing a stockbreeding farm, thereby preventing domestic animal disease from spreading.
