The present invention relates to a portable triceps brachii exercise device. The portable triceps brachii exercise device according to the present invention has a small number of components and can be easily installed at any place. The portable triceps brachii exercise device according to the present invention includes: a first supporting member provided with a first pulley and having an accommodating portion where a first fixing bar is inserted and fixed; a second supporting member provided with a second pulley and an accommodating portion where a second fixing bar is inserted and fixed that is fixed at a distance below the first supporting member; a wire having one end where a handle is disposed and restricted to pass through the first and second pulleys in order; and a weight assembled with the other end of the wire.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
