The present invention relates to a method for inducing oligodendrocyte precursor cells through direct reprogramming from human somatic cells having introduced nucleic acid molecules for coding Oct4 proteins or human somatic cells having treated Oct4 proteins. A method for inducing oligodendrocyte precursor cells by treating a low molecular material on human somatic ells in which Oct4 is overexpressed can ensure oligodendrocyte precursor cells in a short time at high efficiency through direct reprogramming without passing through neural stem cells, thereby being useful as a cell treating agent of intractable demyelinating disease.
