For this purpose, according to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a method for online recruitment through generation of a customized recruitment web site, the method comprising: a first step of issuing a user account to a server of a company, desiring to recruit a person of ability, via a recruitment management server; a second step of generating a recruitment web site for recruitment of a person of ability on the recruitment management server via the server of the company; a third step of uploading a recruitment notice including information about the recruitment and information about the company to the recruitment web site; a fourth step of receiving job application information corresponding to the recruitment notice from terminals of applicants; a fifth step of setting first qualification information for the recruitment of the desired person of ability via the server of the company; a sixth step of selecting applicants who satisfy the first qualification information and are successful in document review, and notifying schedules of interviews to the applicants successful in the document review via terminals of the successful applicants; a seventh step of conducting the interviews with the applicants notified of the schedules of the interviews, providing information of the applicants, computed by a information sorting program based on second qualification information, to a terminal of an interviewer, and receiving evaluation information corresponding to the second qualification information from the terminal of the interviewer; and an eighth step of determining whether an applicant is successful based on the evaluation information, and posting a preset message of acceptance announcement or transmitting the preset message of acceptance announcement to a terminal of the successful applicant based on a result of the determination.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
