The present invention relates to a disposable toilet cover (16) having a prevention tag for spatter of urine, the disposable toilet cover (16) comprising a circular pallet component in conformity with a size of a toilet seat of a general toilet bowl, and a punched hole such that excrement or urine is poured into the toilet bowl at the center of the circular pallet component. In addition, various types of urine spatter prevention tags are configured in a portion of the circular pallet component. Further, a folded line for continuous half-folding is formed on the basis of the central vertex of the circular pallet component, and then the disposable toilet cover can be carried out or deployed by being continuously folded in half folded form along the folded line. Therefore, it is possible to carry the disposable toilet cover in the form of conventional disposable toilet paper, and to unfold both of the circular pallet component and the urine spatter prevention tag when in use, so as to be used on the toilet seat of the general toilet bowl.
