Disclosed is a drum rotor peeling crusher which is able to efficiently separate cement mortar through first and second peeling processes. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the drum rotor peeling crusher comprises: a body drum unit; a first driving unit which rotates the body drum unit; an introducing unit which is provided on one side of the body drum unit, and in which aggregates are inserted; a rotary central axis which supports the body drum unit to be rotated; a horizontal drum transfer unit which is provided inside the body drum unit, and transfers the aggregates which have passed through the introducing unit by repetitively dropping the same; a horizontal drum peeling unit which is provided inside the body drum unit, is supported by the rotary central axis, and is rotated in a rotation direction at a rotation speed, in which the rotation direction and speed are different from the body drum unit, to sequentially hit and peel the aggregates dropped by the horizontal drum transfer unit; a second driving unit which rotates the horizontal drum peeling unit; and a cone drum discharge unit which is provided on the other side of the body drum unit, and discharges the aggregates which have passed through the horizontal drum peeling unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
