The present invention relates to a method of performing deposition coating for an SUS 304 material and a deposition coating apparatus. The method of performing deposition coating for an SUS 304 material comprises: a paint preparation step of preparing deposition coating paint; a pre-treatment step of performing pre-treatment by sequentially performing hot water rinsing, first pre-degreasing, second pre-degreasing, main degreasing, multiple rinsing, pre-deionized water rinsing, and drying before a surface of SUS 304 material is deposition-coated; a post-treatment step of performing deposition coating on the position-coated SUS 304 material by sequentially performing deposition coating, a first ultra-filter washing, a second ultra-filter washing, a first post-deionized water rinsing, a second post-deionized water rinsing, and a third post-deionized water rinsing on the pre-treated SUS 304 material; a drying step of drying the post-treated SUS 304 material by applying heat before the SUS 304 material is inserted into a drying machine; and a heating machine step of drying the dried SUS 304 material in the heating machine in a range of temperature of 150 to 250C.
