The present invention relates to a soil sample fixing method for analyzing soil using adhesive tape and a soil analyzing method by laser-induced plasma spectroscopy using the same, and more specifically, to a soil sample fixing method for analyzing soil and a soil analyzing method using the same which fix a soil sample consisting of particles by a simple and quick method to easily analyze components in soil by laser-induced plasma spectroscopy. According to the present invention, the soil sample fixing method for analyzing soil using adhesive tape comprises: a preprocessing step of drying collected soil and then sifting the soil through a sieve to select a soil sample; a tape attaching step of attaching adhesive tape to a support plate; and a soil attaching step of attaching the soil sample selected in the preprocessing step to an adhesive surface of the adhesive tape to fix the soil sample on the adhesive tape.
