The present invention relates to a triaxial cell for a triaxial compression test capable of inducing tensile fracture through rotation and fluid injection for X-ray CT imaging, which can induce compression fracture of a specimen by a compressive force in a triaxial compression state and can induce tensile fracture of the specimen by a tensile force in the triaxial compression state, can perform a triaxial compression test on a specimen collected from a borehole in the deep underground under conditions in which a restraint stress state, in which a high pressure is applied, is precisely simulated inside the borehole in the deep underground, enables a triaxial compression test that can induce hydraulic facture due to artificial cracking by injecting a fluid at a high pressure to the specimen in a state in which high-pressure restriction conditions are realized within bedrock located in the deep underground, and furthermore, can enable X-ray CT imaging while rotating the specimen without twisting of or damage to a hose supplying the fluid, and a triaxial compression test method using the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
