PURPOSE: A device for managing technology development and a new product based on a work process and a method thereof are provided to enable persons in charge of a project to communicate each other and increase development related understanding, thereby rapidly progressing the technology development for the project.;CONSTITUTION: A display unit(120) displays a progress situation of a project on a screen.
