The present invention relates to a degenerate primer for analyzing large capacity metagenome information analysis, and to a method and a kit for analyzing metagenome information by using the same. The method according to the present invention, and a primer set used for the same can be applied to rapidly discriminate a large metagenome sample effective value. In particular, existence of genetic information of target peptides in a metagenome can be rapidly searched by using a superfamily-specific degenerate primer, so the degenerate primer can be used in collecting large capacity effective peptide resource information from various metagenome samples. Moreover, on the basis of the method of the present invention, by designing and producing a superfamily-specific degenerate primer of new targeted peptides, a new peptide gene can be searched. Moreover, such a method of the present invention can be applied to studies related not only to enzymes but also to polypeptides, oligopeptides, antibiotic-resistant genes, antibacterial peptides, antifungal peptides, oligo peptides, markers or single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP).
