The present invention provides a sensor for detecting anionic heavy metal, comprising: a metal film; a self-assembled monolayer attached on a surface of the metal film; and a silica nanoparticle of which a surface is reformed as a cationic functional group, fixated on the self-assembled monolayer and having opened pores of which a size gets bigger in the direction where a radius of the particle is increased from a center of the particle. According to the sensor for detecting anionic heavy metal, a surface plasmon resonance angle is changed when the silica nanoparticle comes in contact with anionic heavy metal. Moreover, the present invention provides the highly sensitive and highly selective method for measuring the concentration of the anionic heavy metal in real-time by using the sensor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
