The present invention relates to a seabed investigation device with an autonomous buoy, which investigates a seabed or an inner space under water using the autonomous buoy, and a seabed investigation method using a seabed investigation device with an autonomous buoy. According to the present invention, the seabed investigation device with the autonomous buoy comprises: the autonomous buoy moving by being installed on the sea and investigating the seabed or the inner space under the water by scanning the seabed or the inner space under the water using a sonar; a control aircraft having a camera and transmitting a photographed image to a remote controller after photographing a marine area including the buoy while flying in the sky of the buoy; and the remote controller outputting the photographed image of the marine area including the buoy, which is transmitted from the control aircraft, and remotely controlling the buoy by transmitting a control command on a seabed or underwater scan work and a movement of the buoy, which a worker inputs, to the buoy. The seabed investigation device can minimize a problem of scan inability on seabed or under the water due to an obstacle such as farm and can improve accuracy and efficiency of the seabed investigation or underwater investigation by minimizing that noise generated in a propeller is included in scan information as noise by having a seabed scan unit installed to be spaced at predetermined intervals from the buoy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
