MULTISTORY CUBE HOUSE WITH MAXIMIZED LIVING AND SPACE EFFICIENCY

The present invention relates to a cube house using a rectangular prefabricated house. More specifically, while different prefabricated houses are set to be separated from each other, another separated prefabricated house is placed in a direction orthogonal to a prefabricated house in the lower level. As such, the houses are sequentially stacked in a planar square form, and a stair structure, including stairs towards each of the prefabricated houses, is fixed in an internal space of the prefabricated houses. Therefore, the present invention is capable of: having excellent structural stability by separating the prefabricated houses from each other and then consecutively stacking the houses in a planar square form; eliminating inconvenience, caused when many people use the present invention at the same time, and having excellent accessibility to each of the prefabricated houses by using the stair structure, installed in a rectangular internal space part; making a more fresh living environment by minimizing a floor noise and expanding a common space by using the ceiling of a lower floor as a passage of an upper floor; having a significant advantage for the protection of privacy by having a non-facing structure; and being useful for a dormitory, a small studio, a pension, or accommodation for examiners by enabling quick and simple construction and installation and covering many households or families through a minimum space.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
