The present invention relates to a lithium metal foil, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for removing a film of the same. The lithium metal foil according to the present invention comprises: a lithium metal plate or support-attached lithium metal plate; an oil film which is formed on a surface of the lithium metal plate or support-attached lithium metal plate; a protective film which is attached to the oil film; and a paraffin-polymer blending film or general polymer blending film which is compressively attached to the protective film. The method for manufacturing lithium metal foil comprises the steps of: forming an oil film on at least one surface of a lithium metal plate or support-attached lithium metal plate; and attaching a protective film onto the oil film. The method for removing a film of lithium metal foil comprises the steps of: separating a protective film; and removing an oil film remaining on a lithium metal plate after the protective film has been separated. The lithium metal foil, the method for manufacturing the same, and the method for removing a film of the same according to the present invention may be used for a lithium battery in which a lithium metal is sealed from moisture, and thus properties and quality of the lithium metal can be stably maintained. Furthermore, provided are effects in which a separate adhesive is not required, a film and oil can be easily removed, and a lithium battery can be easily manufactured.
