Provided are a method and a system to manage a user experience-based digital fusion theme park interlinked with ICT. The present invention includes: a main server (100) generating basic user information and virtual reality information in accordance with the basic user information and experience information; a user terminal (200) providing the user information and receiving the virtual reality information; an executing server (300) executing an execution command for the formation of virtual reality by receiving the virtual reality information, provided to the user terminal (200), and providing an execution value, according to the formation of the virtual reality, to the main server (100); and a user indication device (400) providing integrated information by providing user indication information to the main server by recognizing the user. As such, the present invention is capable of fusing entertainment elements with purchase behavior in a physical complex space such as a shopping mall or commercial facility.
