摘要

The present invention relates to an electrolyte additive for magnesium cells, a production method thereof, and a magnesium cell including the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an electrolyte additive for magnesium cells, capable of inhibiting and eliminating magnesium oxide films formed on surfaces of negative electrodes. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof and a magnesium cell including the same. According to the present invention, the electrolyte additive for magnesium cells effectively prevents formation of the magnesium oxide films formed on the surfaces of the negative electrodes, and also eliminates the magnesium oxide films, thereby increasing reversibility of deposition and elution of magnesium. Accordingly, the magnesium cells including the electrolyte additive for magnesium cells exhibits improved lifespan properties and charging/discharging properties.
