According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the shrimp gangjeong including seeds includes the following steps: preparing shrimps; coating the shrimps with flour paste; frying the shrimps coated with the flour paste using oil boiled at a temperature of 200°C or more for two minutes, twice; producing sauce by mixing starch syrup, garlic, onion, carrot, tomato paste, curry, starch, pepper powder, red pepper paste, soy sauce, capsaicin, cinnamon, ginger, purified water, seeds, dried shrimp powder, and shiitake mushroom powder, and boiling down the mixture at a high temperature for a predetermined time; and putting the fried shrimps in the sauce to mix.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
