The present invention relates to an insulation structure of a liquefied gas cargo tank without an anchor strip, a cargo tank having the same insulation structure, and a liquefied gas carrier having the same cargo tank. An existing anchor strip is replaced with a heat protection member. Damage to an upper insulation panel from fire and heat transmission, generated when a membrane is welded, is effectively prevented by the heat protection member. Fixation force of the membrane is increased. In addition, weight of the cargo tank can be reduced by forming the heat protection member with a material in which glass cross overspreads aluminum foil. As the anchor strip made of an existing SUS material is removed, a rivet processing procedure is not needed. Therefore, construction properties can be enhanced.
