The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for providing an emotional labor worker with psychotherapy for job stress. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for providing an emotional labor worker with psychotherapy for job stress comprises: a body emotion information acquisition unit to acquire body information and emotional information by a labor type, labor time, and an event of an emotional labor worker at prescribed time intervals via a user terminal, which is a mobile or a wearable device, of the emotional labor worker; a job stress model generation unit to use the body information and the emotional information to generate a job stress model for the emotional labor worker; a psychotherapy model matching unit to match a prescribed psychotherapy model and the user in accordance with the job stress model; and a monitoring unit to monitor whether the emotional labor worker runs the psychotherapy model.
