By comprising the composite containing Glycine soja Siebold & Zucc. and banana leaves at a specific ratio, the food composition exhibits remarkably enhanced antidiabetic effects without causing adverse effects, thereby being useful as food compositions and pharmaceutical compositions for preventing, treating, and ameliorating diabetes.
