The system for predicting air quality through a survey can comprise: a portable terminal receiving and transmitting a survey result from a user, and receiving and displaying a comment derived based on the survey resu and an air quality prediction server predicting air quality in a house of a user and transmits the air quality prediction result and the comment about the air quality prediction result to the portable terminal based on the survey result received from the portable terminal.
