An object of the present invention relates to a method of fabricating flat nanoporous platinum membrane structure with a very small pore size by electrochemical deposition; a nanoporous platinum thin film structure having a very large surface area while having a flat surface; and utilizing a sensor electrode thereof. The nanoporous platinum thin film structure of the present invention is excellent in selecting a hydrogen ion, and an open circuit potential for pH change is similar to a Nernstian response even in a solution wherein small ion such as glucose is present together.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
