The present invention relates to a membrane in the form of a temperature-responsive hydrogel and a preparation method thereof and, more specifically, to a membrane preparation method, in which the size of hole is changed with respect to a temperature stimulus such as a pore of a plant leaf by using photopolymerization diffusion, a membrane prepared thereby and uses thereof. The membrane in the form of a temperature-responsive hydrogel prepared according to the preparation method of the present invention simultaneously forms a polymer membrane and a hole having significantly different physical properties even by a single exposure in a very simple and inexpensive manner, and produces a biomimetic membrane which performs bioinspiration of a stimulus-responsive movement of a pore of a plant leave. Furthermore, since an actuator consisting of two parts having significantly different physical properties by using one material is manufactured, a defect problem occurring at a joint portion can be solved when two types of hydrogels having different physical properties are bonded and used.
