The present invention relates to a dual camera-based body temperature monitoring system using a blackbody, capable of measuring the temperature of a person while recording an image of the measured person by simultaneously photographing the person with a thermo-graphic camera and a visible ray camera. The system includes: a blackbody part including at least two blackbody sources emitting a preset emission temperature; a dual camera part comprising a visible ray camera taking an image in a visible ray band and a thermographic camera taking a thermal image through a heat detection sensor; and a monitoring control part photographing the blackbody sources and the person through the thermographic camera, detecting the temperature of the person from the photographed thermal image, determining whether the person has an infectious disease or not through the detected temperature, and photographing the person through the visible ray camera and then storing the image. The monitoring control part is formed to correct the temperature of the person, detected through the thermal image, by using detection and emission temperatures of the blackbody sources, which are detected from the thermal image. As such, the monitoring system is capable of more accurately measuring a body temperature by calculating the body temperature in a thermal image based on the temperature of a blackbody by photographing the blackbody and human body at the same time through the thermographic camera.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
