The present invention relates to a bacteriophage Bac-THP-1 (Deposit No. KCTC 12852BP) which has a broad antibacterial spectrum against bacillus anthracis and is isolated from nature. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a composition, which has ability to specifically annihilate bacillus anthracis, has a DNA genome with the total size of approximately 40 kb, has main structural proteins in the sizes of approximately 42.8 kDa, 55.5 kDa, and 65.4 kDa, includes bacteriophage Bac-THP-1, morphologically classified into Siphoviridae, as an active ingredient, and can be used for purposes of preventing and treating injection from bacillus anthracis; and a method for preventing and treating injection from bacillus anthracis by using the composition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
