摘要

Provided is an absorption layer thin film of an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell; a method of manufacturing an absorption layer thin film of an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell; and a solar cell manufactured using the method. The purpose of the present invention to provide the method of manufacturing an absorption layer having uniformity and reproducibility of a large area while coating an absorption layer in a conventional single coating method. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing the absorption layer thin film of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell comprises: a step of forming a solution to form an absorption layer by adding methylammonium iodide (MAI) and sodium chloride to a solvent to form an absorption layer of an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell; a step of applying the solution to form the absorption layer to a substrate to form the absorption layer; and a step of drying the solution to form the absorption layer applied to the substrate.
