The present invention relates to a method and a kit for determining whether Codonopsis lanceolata, bellflower roots, or a mixture thereof is mixed with a ginseng sample in super-high speed and without the deformation of the sample. Therefore, an analytical method which can scientifically and systematically manage the quality is provided. The present invention is expected to be utilized for increasing the added value of locally produced products and exportation by securing competitive power in the production of ginseng products and quality.
